Each adult applicant must provide valid government-issued photo identification.
Applicants must provide documentation of verifiable income or other resources sufficient to meet their rental obligations. Firefly accepts qualifying sources of income and rental assistance in accordance with applicable law and program requirements.
Rental history may be verified, including information from previous landlords or property managers. We may consider factors such as payment history, lease compliance, and amounts owed to previous housing providers.
Occupancy requirements may vary based on the size and configuration of the home. Individual listings will identify property-specific requirements, deposits, and whether pets are permitted.
Adult household members who will occupy the home may be required to complete an application. Information provided may be verified as part of the screening process. Depending on the property and screening process, this may include income, rental history, credit, and other legally permissible screening information.
Applicants using HUD, Housing Choice Vouchers, or other approved rental-assistance programs are welcome to apply. Program requirements and the applicant's rental obligations will be considered as applicable.
